The show with the New Pornographers last night went great. Everyone was feeling good, the Galaxy Theatre was full, and the sound was beautiful.
After our set, I was walking backstage and one of the NPs stopped me and said, "Great set!" One thing led to another, and soon I was drinking beers with the NPs, who all said they really liked the Lassies. And so did their Matador rep.
Good times.
